Uncontained Love – Ndola Zambia
Pastor Chelekwa Mulenga a long-time friend and a passionate hospital Chaplain has been a great servant of God has open the doors for the Gospel in a number Hospital clinics and even the prison as he blesses those in need in the city of Ndola and surrounding rural areas.
I have been so encouraged at the impact that is happen in the copper belt of Zambia, a Local TV station Muvee TV has been one of the biggest surprises as they do their duty/Job they often encounter stories and people with need and they have learnt news is one thing but changing the life of a person in need is the most important thing. Chelekwa regularly gets a phone call from Muvee TV news crew to come and help. Opening the doors for the Gospel and Gods love to impact and transform someone’s life.
Pastor Chelekwa was sharing with me Ndola central embarked on creating an ICU for the hospital, amongst the list of equipment needed to purchase was hospital beds. The hospital management were over joyed when amongst some of the items Donated was a collection ICU unit beds, these beds where not only a huge saving on th budget which allowed the purchase other needed items they were better than the ones they thought they could afford to buy.
Often some of the greatest need is in the rural areas where the elderly often struggle just move about so to assist someone with that ability improves their life so much.
One of the testimonies form the last consignment was, there was patient needing specialized surgery which required a small but crucial part for the operation, the medical team where discussing the case and the way forward, now that part that was need could not be found in Zambia as the Dr said “this type of operation is something they do in the west”. One of the staff suggested that they have a close look at some of the items that had been donated “God Knows these items come from the west Maybe God can make away”. Amen and Amen God is a God of timing he knows your need before you do. That patient’s miracle was put in a Box months before they even needed it. That part was there and immediately they went to surgery not just with the part the needed but a confidence that God was in this.
So be encouraged God knows your need your for Miracle. It too could be in box already in transit.
Recently with the good number of dental units that came, they were not only to supply the main General hospital in Ndola but also the children Hospital as well.
We thank all those who are involved form the shipping, to the packing, the collecting and the sorting tens of thousands of people are being impacted every year Not only in Zambia but Malawi Nigeria and Swaziland with the opportunity to reach into Tanzania, DR Congo and Kenya on our laps
